In a star-studded gala, pianist Lang Lang joins conductor Andris Nelson and the exceptional Leipzig Gewandhausorchester to celebrate Beethoven’s anniversary year together. In honour of the grand master of Viennese Classicism, the orchestra is travelling all the way from their beloved Gewandhaus to perform for us here in the Elbphilharmonie. Beethoven’s Fourth Piano Concerto and Seventh Symphony are undoubtedly two of his most beautiful works.
