The box office opens 90 minutes before the concert begins.

In the entrance hall, turn right after the Tube and follow the signs for ‘Tickets Konzert’ to the box office on the ground floor. ProArte opens a counter there for its season ticket and single-ticket services at every concert it organises and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Please note: Due to renovation work on the historic quay walls at Kehrwiederspitze, access from Baumwall to HafenCity and the Elbphilharmonie will be restricted until February 2028: The bridge at the ‘Baumwall’ underground station in the direction of HafenCity/Elbphilharmonie (western Niederbaumbrücke) is closed to cars, buses and cyclists. The opposite direction (eastern Niederbaumbrücke) is not affected by the closures. Pedestrians can continue to use the bridges in both directions.

Bus routes 2, 111 and 607: The ‘Am Kaiserkai (Elbphilharmonie)’ stop will not be served in the direction of HafenCity until mid-May. Please use the ‘U Baumwall’ or ‘Am Sandtorkai’ stops instead. In the direction of Landungsbrücken, the ‘Am Kaiserkai’ stop is fully operational.

Private vehicles: To reach the Elbphilharmonie, please use the nearest bridge (‘Brooksbrücke’, approx. 500 m further on) to travel from the city side via ‘Auf dem Sande’ into HafenCity. Departure from the Elbphilharmonie is not affected. 

By public transport  

Your ticket is valid as an HVV KombiTicket on the day of the event, from four hours before the concert starts until 6 a.m. the following day, for travel to and from the venue.

The car park at the Elbphilharmonie is open 24 hours a day; further car parks are available in HafenCity. 

The cloakrooms for the Main Hall are located on the 11th floor. There is a cloakroom for the Small Hall in the foyer of the Small Hall on the 10th floor. Although we are no longer able to offer our subscription holders a free cloakroom service due to house rules, you are welcome to take your coats into the hall if you wish.

Visitors can enjoy refreshments at three bars in the foyers of the Small and Large Halls before the concert and during the intervals. The catering facilities in the Small and Large Halls open 60 minutes before the concert begins. Table reservations are not available. 

All halls in the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle have designated wheelchair spaces and, where applicable, companion seats, both of which are marked on the seating plans.

Both venues are accessible by public transport, with step-free access at all relevant stops.
