The easiest way to book tickets for our ProArte concerts is to use our webshop. Here you can select your favourite seats directly on the seating plan and conveniently pay online. The tickets will be sent to you by email and you can print them out immediately or save them as digital tickets on your smartphone.

Subscriptions

Across ten different subscription cycles, ProArte presents the big names in classical music – opera stars and leading international orchestras, outstanding instrumental soloists and master pianists. But the ProArte programme also features up-and-coming talents and exciting musicians who operate on the increasingly blurred boundary between classical and electronic music.

Our ProArte subscriptions for the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle can be booked via our online shop and through our ticket service from the time the season is announced until the first concert of the respective subscription cycle.

Discounts

The following discounts apply to ProArte concerts at the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle. Please note that discounts only apply to individual tickets and that tickets purchased at a full price cannot be retrospectively discounted.

People with disabilities
Pupils and students under the age of 30
ProArte Hamburg offers the REDticket for select events. With the REDticket, all visitors under the age of 30 pay just €12 for the best available seats.

Proof of age must be presented upon arrival at the concert; otherwise, admission will not be granted.

Ticket refunds

We reserve the right to make changes to programmes, line-ups and dates. These do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or a price reduction. Paid tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Latecomers will only be admitted during the intervals.

Secondary Market Provider

Buying a ticket on the secondary market carries significant risks. Some secondary market sellers advertise overpriced tickets for sold-out concerts at the Elbphilharmonie on online platforms. The sale—and purchase—of such tickets is prohibited. Ticket holders who have purchased their tickets through these channels may be denied entry to the event. Protect yourself and purchase your tickets for ProArte concerts only through official ticket outlets, the ProArte web shop, or our service hotline.

Personalisation

Our tickets are personalized, meaning they bear the name of the ticket holder and are valid only for that person. This measure is necessary to more effectively combat unauthorized ticket resale and protect our visitors from overpriced tickets. This means that, as the ticket purchaser, you must please enter your name in the designated field on your ticket. For verification purposes, we reserve the right to ask you to present photo ID upon entry. Transferring tickets is only permitted if the transferee assumes the contract with all rights and obligations and the organizer consents. The organizer’s consent is deemed granted only under certain conditions. These are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Konzertdirektion Dr. Rudolf Goette GmbH. According to these terms, transferring tickets is generally permitted within a private circle of family or friends—both as a gift and in exchange for reimbursement of the original ticket price. In this case, please cross out your name on the ticket and enter the name of the new ticket holder. In particular, the resale of tickets via online marketplaces is prohibited.
