The box office opens one hour before the concert begins. You will find it on the right-hand side in the foyer at the main entrance.

By public transport  

Your ticket is valid as an HVV KombiTicket on the day of the event, from four hours before the concert starts until 6 a.m. the following day, for travel to and from the venue.

Parkhaus Gänsemarkt (Dammtorwall / Welckerstraße) 

Cloakrooms are located in the foyer. Strollers, rollators, umbrellas, ladies’ or gentlemen’s handbags larger than A3 size (42 cm × 30 cm), as well as sports rucksacks, bags and luggage must be left at the cloakroom. Jackets may be taken into the auditorium.

Refreshments are available in the Brahms Foyer and on the ground floor of the Great Hall before the concerts and during the intervals.  

The refreshment facilities in the Great Hall and the Small Hall open 60 minutes before the start of the concert. 

All halls in the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle have designated wheelchair spaces and, where applicable, companion seats, both of which are marked on the seating plans.

Both venues are accessible by public transport, with step-free access at all relevant stops.
